Don't book this place. Either via them or the Zohair group via AirBnB. Dangerously filthy would be my summary. We entered and saw the old building. Which in itself wouldn't be an issue. And we were helped quite okay by the attended. But when we entered the room, our horror story began. I've added the pictures in this review. This hotel was the most horrible experience I've ever had. I'll be brief, because it was a lot of things. My room smelled like cigarette smoke, I had to use the same towel for five days, they gave me an already opened bar of soap, the breakfast was awful, there was no gym, and my bathroom was awful. I booked this hotel because the Priceline photos looked great, it supposedly had a gym, and I didn't see any complaints. I was also disappointed with Priceline for not verifying hotels before listing them on the app.
This place can't be real. For a second I thought I was staying at a hotel in a back water country or even worse. The check-in process alone was a terrible experience. It's like the rude & uninformed staff don't even want to be there & they're not very welcoming to certain people. Which I find inronic giving how dingy, disgusting & filthy this Hotel is & you can tell it's also a shelter, which I guess is how it's still open.
