I made a reservation at the Ramada hotel in Orlando for my boyfriend, his mother and niece, arriving there, the hotel did not allow them to enter the hotel, simply because name Allan was not on the reservation ... this is absurd. I had to rush by 11pm to book another hotel. Now, I want to know if I'll be charged for a service I've been prevented from using Poor experience
So Booked the room and then started reading the reviews ..Im calling shenanigans . From the minute we stepped foot in the lobby everyone here was nothing but pleasant and professional to deal with DESPITE my preconcieved notions . We need towels for the pool.."I'll get them for you" We need extra coffee for the room .."Here you go" While it is an older hotel and it shows in some areas...I will gladly stay here again. We stayed there for 2 nights something was left in the room and they lied and said nothing was in the room. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. I definitely won't be going to any ramada again and corporate is a joke!!
