This is my second time this month staying here and both times I got rooms the farthest away from the stairwell you could possibly get. I was told there was nothing else available and there are no elevators in this building. I also had to wait a half an hour for my room does that mean I have a half an hour extra before I have to check out. I made this reservation more than 2 weeks ago.

Stayed one night and was very pleased with everything. Room, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the nice young lady who greeted us helped me use the waffle maker. Having such a pleasant person really helps get your day off to a good start.
The tv didn't work in our room. We originally got a single king room and was moved to a 2 queen bed room right next door. The bar was excellent! Love the steak rolls! Breakfast was great! We are planning on coming back in a month or 2. There's always room for improvement so everything got 4 stars.
