The entry is beautiful with a gorgeous staircase. My room was very clean and very comfortable. The front desk was very helpful. I ate in the restaurant was was disappointed that I couldn't charge my meal to my room. I couldn't finish my meal so I carried it to my room and finished it there. The staff was fery helpful getting my set up to carry my meal. My room was very quiet and convenient to the elevator. I walked to blocks to great shopping in the downtown area. Would stay again.
My husband, son & I just wanted a clean place to stay for one night while looking at Marquette University. We didn't have many needs--didn't use room service, didn't use the swimming pool--and to tell you the truth, I didn't even notice if the staff were in uniforms or not. But I will tell you that everyone was quite friendly and whenever I had a question or a concern, there was a ready answer for it. If our son does choose Marquette, I'm sure we'll be returning!
Overall this was a great stay considering the price and location relative to the convention center.
The lady that checked us in (was also there the next morning to check us out) was very friendly and helpful; I'm sorry I did not get her name but hope you will commend her.
Downtown hotel, convenient and clean. The things not perfect were not significant. Would stay again.
easy & free parking. good value breakfast. nice pool. clean & quiet room. could use some updating & routine maintenance.
I found the hotel to be very clean, the beds were wonderful, and there was plenty of parking. The hotel is very close the the lake and other parts of the downtown area. It is within easy walking distance of the conventions center. The restaurant serves a great breakfast buffet, and lunch and dinner portions are generous. I found the food to be very delicious.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was exactly as stated and always very clean. We had ordered room service for breakfast and the food was good, the prices for the food was a little steep. That would be actually my only complaint. Anything I asked for or needed they got to us right away! The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance and I didn't even need to drive.
