Dishonest service and terrible attitude! I called the hotel after arriving at Miami Airport. A male receptionist told me to wait at Door 23 on the Arrivals level (where all hotel shuttles pick up) and said the bus would arrive in about 25 minutes. I got there within 3 minutes and waited for over 30 minutes, carefully checking every single shuttle that arrived. Their bus never showed up. Excelente hotel para hospedarse cerca del aeropuerto. Habitacion limpias y amplias. La cama muy comoda y ofrece un desayuno con excelente costo / beneficio.
We stayed here for just a quick overnight before catching the cruise ship the next day. They had a shuttle which was needed as this place is around. Absolutely no amenities except for for two convenience stores. Everything else is not within walking distance
