Traveling from ohio needed to rest. Car was uncomfortable. Service was friendly. They were out of some amenities. Bed was comfortable air was cold. Room could use some upgrades. Swam in morning pool was clean. For the price i can't complain. Other hotel was taxing and where im from the ramada is always more expensive than the first one i prices econo lodge which is a dump in ohio. Would stay again though for one night for rest not for vacationing though.
I've stayed at better Ramadas. This one could have been cleaner, no internet the whole time, not enough outlets where you actually need them and some were loose and the love seat was broken.
The staff was friendly but the bed was very damp. I will not go there anymore.
When you walk in the room to room smell like mildew woke up 2 am in the morning there was roaches all in the bathroom side of the bed wasn't clean on the floor it was M&Ms all on the floor from where they did not clean up from the last guess
The website is totally misleading. The room was a dump. The chairs were nasty with stains of what I am scared to guess. The sheets on the matresses had other covers or something under them, they were not directly on the matresses so who knows what was under there. The room was dark and dreary with barely one window. The door barely closed to be able to lock it and was uneven at the top so there was a 1 inch gap on one side. Only descent thing was water pressure in the shower. Definitely not recommended and will not go back.
Over all I was OK with this place and the cost was a good value
Did not price gouge us because it was New Years Eve. Other facilities on I75 Lake City, Fl. were tripling there prices. Front desk was great and very serviceable. Room was nice and mostly clean. Bed was comfortable. Outside walks and stairs need a good scrubbing.
