We are a family of four and we had a very nice experience at this hotel. My favorite thing is the beds. Nice and firm. Pillows are perfectly soft - but not too soft! The people who work here are very friendly and accommodating! They have a great breakfast room with a nice well rounded variety of foods.
The rooms were very comfortable, peaceful, and clean. well organized, and prepared with breakfast and coffee. Very well done, very comfortable.
Good location, room was fairly clean. Air conditioner did not work in the first room i was in, but they quickly moved me to another room. Everything was satisfactory for me, except that the Credit Card I used was used fraudulently a couple of days later. Not 100% certain i can blame it on the staff at this hotel, but the only other places where I used that card were places where I use it all the time, so I have to wonder.
The service started off average and progressed to very good, though it was a process. By the time we left everything was perfect.The refrigerator could be a bit bigger as it could barely meet our needs to keep our food fresh.
Ramada is very close to Gilroy Premium Outlets ans to a lot of restaurants which is very convenient. Breakfast and wifi is free and with ample parking space. Room is spacious equipped with air con and heater.

Over all a safe place to stay. The front desk clerk was very nice. In fact, one of the nicest clerks I've ever had to deal with.
It's a great place to stay and reasonable. Our room was clean and the continental breakfast was good. I have stayed there many times and you can't beat the location or price.
The rooms are always very nice, always clean, the front desk people are always very nice, very friendly, they always try to accomodate the guest as much as possible. It's also very nice that there is a washer and dryer on the premises. The breakfast is always the best, love the bagels and cream cheese and the fresh orange juice! You need to add the Sci-Fi channel to your list of channels.
