Refusing a refund to a proud veteran of our great country is both unnecessary and unethical. Don't do business with this company.
Your underhanded way of dealing with the fallout of your bad management decision in evicting a veteran and his family into the freezing cold is shameful. The eyes of the world are watching you. Nothing you say now can take back the lies you've already said in your "post" explaining your actions.
To turn a family with a child out into the North Dakota cold, a United States veterans family no less, and then refuse to refund their money, is abhorrent! I hate that I cannot give you negative stars. How heartless do you have to be to do this? Whatever your politics, wherever you stand on the pipeline, there is still right and wrong and core common decency...there still should be humanity. I will NEVER stay at one of your hotels again, nor will any of my very well traveled family.
Disrespectful to veterans, rude to veterans & tosses veteran's onto the street for no reason and refuse to offer a refund.

Shame on the people that are running this hotel. Babies cry & make noises. There's more than one room. There's simply no excuse for this. Period. Corporations should know, people are waking up. That means, I'm a WOKE CONSUMER - I research what my hard earned monies buy. They will never again pay for a room at a ramada or founder/associates again.
