They Charged My Card But I Never Checked In..They Charged For Not Showin Up...�� They REALLY SUCK...
If I could give no stars I would, DO NOT GO HERE! We got in yesterday and I always strip the bed incase there are bugs or such and I find blood splatter on the top white sheet, the bed sheets had stains on them as well, brown and stained reds like it's been messed with but still gross even if they were cleaned or not, should have never been placed on the bed to begin with. It took 90 minutes and three rooms to actually get checked in. The woman behind the counter was nice but did not listen to me, when I spelled my last name. She made a lot of mistakes just trying to check me in. The first two rooms were not clean and infested with spiders. The third room, I only saw a couple spiders but the carpet and chairs were disgustingly filthy. The refrigerator banged all night long.
Daughter got hurt in bath tub sliced open 1 toe and cut other and hotel had no first aid kits. Was told i could go to cicle k 7 miles down road.
