Kim F was super fantastic she was so polite and very helpful I use come here a lot and the service was meh. But glad you guys got Kim because with the nice rooms close to my work it works for me! But having a sweet and helpful cheerful person like Kim F and I asked for info is why I know. She probably was like why??? Excellent rooms, very friendly staff.
Booked a 2 bedroom queen room and was not given one. I had did it through SW Hotels. So I was told to go through them to find out what happened, instead of trying to help fix the issue. Because someone dropped the ball somewhere. I had already paid for the room, so they could care less. They got my money. So, both Signature Temecula and SW Hotels are getting a bad review about this. Rather than that the hotel was alright. Not very good amenities for the price I paid. I definitely will not stay again.
Overall not too bad. Positives are, comfortable beds/pillows, room itself looks pretty newly remodeled. Staff was friendly that I encountered. Breakfast is standard, coffee,cereal, toast, yogurt etc the basics. The problem I had as did others was they close it a 9am which is baffling to me as many want to sleep in when staying at a hotel. A lot of hotels do this and I still dont get it but anyway. Got woken up by loud car stereos and motorcycles as they are right by the freeway and and a main road.
