Management lacks integrity. Found gross stains on the bed, cleanliness issues. Falsely advertised through a third-party, and refused to refund despite calling immediately after booking. Manager lied through her teeth, saying some weird things to justify her money grab, cheating customers out of $280 for one night at this cheap motel. The front desk staff was friendly, but thankfully, no bedbug or roach problems like some other reviews mentioned.
Fine for motel exoerience except check-in clerk. Asked how late the pool was open bc of noise amd she placed us at room across from the pool gate. She declined to chg room, despite 50+ plus rooms I find hard to believe were all occupied at early check-in and near empty parking lot.
My experience started out poorly due to errors with our booking that the hotel was unwilling to fix. The management uses dishonest advertising practices through a third party organization (Priceline) so they can subvert accountability. When faced with our request to hold them accountable, management continued being dishonest and refused to return our money (despite not having checked in). When we did check in, we were less than impressed. The pictures attached speak for themselves.
