Getting dropped of at East or West doesn’t really matter at this airport. Just walk across and go to the other one in 5min. Security Checkpoint near the Westin hotel entrance is usually bit faster.
I come here a lot, pretty easygoing but tight fit getting off and on the train between concourses
Eat at Elway’s. It is a little expensive but very good food!

Go to the outer security lines; so much faster!
Give yourself time - security lines here do not move quickly.
If you don’t have TSA pre pass plan to be there early. Denver is a very busy airport and once through security you need to take a tram to all gates. Do yourself a favor & plan extra time.
