Waited an hour on the tarmac before we could take off because the pilot needed the airplane manual. Very unprofessional and clearly inconvenient for the passengers onboard.
Head one floor above the main concourse area for room to chill and recharge those electronic gadgets.

Awesome USO. Terminal A, 4th floor. You don't have to re-enter through security!!
My favorite airport. Unless you have a 10 minute layover, and your flights are on opposite side of the terminal. Then your screwed.
You guys seriously need a Starbucks, just sayin' :-)
WiFi here sucks. They try and get you to join the Boingo network, which is slow and you have to watch ads.
