I am so dissatisfied With my stay at this location. The first time I stayed, we had to move rooms because the air didn’t work and then they gave somebody else the keys to our room and they walked in on my wife and I. We decided to give it another try this time we wanted to go just for the pool. When we got there, our reservation wasn’t in the system so we had to wait a half an hour then we got to our room the TV and the telephone didn’t work after we already unpacked all our food we had to repack our food and get another roo... read more
They charge money 50 extra when u get there and currently the pool is closed in the summer just doesn't seem.worth it to me.
-They attempt to be nice and polite, but I witnessed several people having difficulty with some of the main desk staff. -If you have a problem they will accommodate, explain, however it seems at times you are bothering them, the female attendant moreso. -I was charged after leaving for towels that they said were taken, I did not take their little towels, and no refund was provided. -The pool is a good size, saw other families enjoying it, however chose not to as the water was murky. - If you need a place to stay that is rela... read more
First room sheets was dirty, hallways & rooms was at 90* when we checked in, mini fridge made noise all night. I would Rather sleep in my car then stay another night. The front lobby is very big & nice, front desk person was helpful getting us a different room. 2nd room was not much cleaner :-( Price was good
