Stayed at this hotel and had water leaking in my room. The only thing that was done was to give me towels to put on the floor. I wasn’t offered another room or anything. I had to walk around in my shoes the entire stay. Never seen maintenance. Horrible service
Accidentally made a reservation and tried to get my money back within 20 minutes. They refused. Wouldn't recommend at all. Front desk clerk was very rude. Just unacceptable
If you’re sensitive to heat just sleep in your car. AC will randomly shut itself off and when you do get it to work it blows at the speed of a fart and is just as hot.
