Front desk attendant acted like I was bothering her when I checked in. Room smelled and chairs had stains on them. Tub was dirty as well.
Never staying here again. When we checked I'm the lady at thr desk was rude and said she didn't know where our room was. We had to wonder around with a fussy baby after being a plane for hours. She said "I've never been to this hotel before." What? Beyond that the AC didn't work and when we told staff he said that that's the way it is and they can't fix it.
Dit hotel deden wij aan als tussenstop van Toronto (ON) naar Charlotte (NC). Rustig gelegen en toch dicht bij de snelweg. Prima parkeergelegenheid. Zeer chaotische ontvangst van overigens vriendelijke dame. De toegewezen kamer stonk heel erg naar (oude) rook, was niet schoon en bijna alles was aftands en versleten. Er was geen rekening gehouden met een 5e persoon hetgeen wel was aangevraagd. We hebben zelf een opblaasbare strandmatras gekocht om de jongste op te laten slapen.
