The location is great since I stay at this area because it has easy access to the freeway. The customer service is good but the hotel looks like a blast from the past. The room looks very dated and the paint in the bathroom was peeling off. The room wasn’t clean, I felt that the only nice thing was the mattress because it was very comfortable. Other than that, I’ll never set a foot on this hotel again. Avoid if you can.

Not Worth the Price — Rundown and Disgusting We stayed here recently and were extremely disappointed. While it was a bit cheaper than other hotels in Seattle, it still wasn’t that cheap — definitely not worth what we paid. For the price, we at least expected something reasonably clean and comfortable, but this place was just gross. The room was filthy. We recently stayed here and honestly regretted it. Yes, this hotel was cheaper than other places in Seattle, but it wasn’t that cheap — I still paid more than I should have for a place in this condition. For the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness and decent service, but this place was nowhere near that standard. The room was disgusting. The room was clean but was dated. The shuttle service was unreliable. My flight was delayed and I couldn't set up a ride the next day to the Amtrak station. Which is very close. TV didn't work and staff seemed uncaring about anything.
