Very poor television reception. Shower head is loose and leaking. Shower rod is loose and curtain will not stay closed. Coffee machine in the room but no coffee. Guests banging through the hallway at 1-2 in the morning.

Check in was slow. Two employees working on one guest that had a problem because he checked in on an app. My check in was slow too as one individual was training the other. But the interactions between the two was uncomfortable to witness and I felt bad for the trainee. The coffee station in my room lacked sweeteners, stir sticks and lids. I only stayed one night and did not partake in any of the extras at the hotel and did not eat breakfast. The room was small but included a refrigerator, microwave, desk, office chair, small table, and lounge chair. The king bed and pillow was very comfortable. The decor is a bit dated, but the the hotel including the guest room was clean and parking was easy and plentiful. Check in/out was efficient with no delays.
