Room 323 needs a new mattress it’s falling apart sinking down on the side Vending machine not accepting bills and front desk has no cash to make change that machine accepts loonies or toonies I cut my finger your front desk first aid kit had no bandages you might want to add some supplies to it if not for a guest than an employee Very disappointed in Ramada Wyndham

I don't think this place has ever heard of hygiene. The lobby literally smells like urine. The washroom in the room is a disaster. I wish 0 stars was an option here.

Stayed here many times until the last time when the sink was quite nasty. Apparently it was clean but was rusted to an extent that it looked as if someone has vomited in it. Front desk made no effort to fix the situation- simply said that's just how it is. Manager/owner said he will make sure we are being compensated for this unfortunate event- again nothing happened. We loved staying here but no thank you!!

We stayed there in July because we booked late (like 1 week before) and nothing else was available. The rooms were very dated, especially the bathroom. The view on the decorative plane was nice though. Service was OK. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE go to the gym!! It is very rundown, like half the weights are missing, the treadmill is stitched together, and overall it looks like it had been set up in some former large cupboard.
