On the road traveling to the hotel we called to confirm our check in and asked the front desk for the up grade since we are diamond members. She informed us we could not have it for our full 7 day stay, only allowed it for one night. By far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. I got the room because it came with a hot tub in the room itself. The tub didn't work. I asked for non smoking room and I got a smoking room. It smelled disgusting. The room was half ass cleaned as well. And to make matters worse there is a club/bar in or right next to hotel and it was so loud. I got no sleep. I booked for two nights. Ended up checking out Sat morning. Never again. If I could give a zero rating I would. Will NOT reccomend!
Disgusting room. It smelled like cigarettes and mildew. There were burn holes all over the bedding. Every single surface was sticky. The room had not been swept or vacuumed possibly ever. Beward and stay away.
