I have stayed twice in the last month. The first time without hot water, I filed under "Stuff Happens" The second and last time without hot water made me decide to never stay there again.
To say this place is wonderful would be an understatement! The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and the location can't be any more convenient for access to anything you need in town. Recently renovated and very clean rooms. The indoor pool/hot tub area with fooseball table and putt putt is a lot of fun! Right on Highway 80 and JBS Parkway, you can zip out and be on your way in just a few minutes. The staff is fantastic and very friendly! It took me 30 minutes to check out and they wanted to take 50 dollars from me, they gave me back 60 dollars, for delaying me 15 minutes after notifying me that I had to check out, the room had the sheets burned by cigarettes, and the floor was scraped. In general, the room was not so bad but the service was very bad.
Bastante aceptable
I love the hospitality of the hotel staff. They really make me feel welcome. My room is always clean and smells fresh. Since I’m here for work having a nice clean room at the end of the day is wonderful.
