Nothing good to say about this place. The guy at the front desk took advantage of our young daughter when she was in a vanerable state and changed she 200$ for a second night when she was not in her right mind. He refused to call us when I left direct instructions not to ask her about money. She panicked and paid him when he threatened to kick her and the baby out with no where to go and never called me. I told him I had a church member that could come get her and he said she was fine to stay. The room is terrible for the pr... read more
Don't set false expectations for a guest, then fail at that expectation. Your front desk clerk failed at his job and then made excuses for lying. Do all of your staff have that poor morales?
For what you pay i think its great. As for the area its not bad, close to other hotels too, you have the option to have your room inside or connected outdoors. The walls are quite thin though, thin enough i heard my neighbor coughing lol. Beds are clean, checked the mattress as well and it passed.They have an indian restaurant inside, only had the samosas and mango lassi but they were good!
