This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, checked in, and after getting to my room and looking around, immediately checked out. Visible cobwebs, clumps of dust and dirt around bed, dead pillbugs behind and around the bed, dirty and stained bedding, including sheets and bed spread, the TV didn’t work and WIFI was out. The door lock also didn’t work and would flash red instead of green. In the parking lot, there was obvious drug use happening and many other suggestive activities. MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO BAD THAT I CALLED WYNDHAM BECAUSE THE MANAGER DIDN’T CALL ME. THEY SAY IT’S ALL UP TO THE MANAGER WHO WAS SUBSTANTIALLY UNCOOPERATIVE AFTER WYNDHAM MADE HIM CALL ME.
