Very outdated and run down. Parking is sketchy and not safe
Solo porque no se puede poner cero estrellas, la experiencia fue horrible, llegamos por una reserva y al siguiente día decidimos pagar un día más, sin embargo para esta ocasión nos atendió el gerente, cuando nos dimos cuenta que empezaron a cobrar de manera excesiva, le pedimos aclaración, nos dijo de manera grosera que no resolvería nada, siendo que el no sabía utilizar el sistema y nos hizo reserva de todo un mes jalando el dinero de la tarjeta, cuando eso no fue lo que solicitamos. If you think that reserving and paying for a room means you have a place to rest after a long day of travel, I suggest staying somewhere else. I not only reserved and paid for the room, but also completed the online confirmation that was texted to me. Upon arriving at the front desk, I was informed that reservations made after 4:30pm were unlikely to be honored. I wish someone would have communicated that in advance.
