I had an extremely disappointing and unsanitary experience at this hotel. Within an hour of checking in, I found multiple bugs in my room (see attached photos). When I reported the issue to the front desk, the staff showed no concern and offered no apology, room change, or solution. His reaction was almost as if he knew about the issue and have heard it from others before. He didn't even want to see my photo evidence. It was a good price. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Only complaint was the AC didn't work the best so room was a little stuffy.
Wonderful staff... from the front desk folks, food service and housekeeping teams most excellent. A brilliant stay, more than made up for Twin Cities road construction.
Stayed here with my partner for the Sleep Token concert. Target center was like a 15 minute drive, less depending on traffic. Staff here was great with their customer service and our rooms were clean and comfortable.
