Charged me 300 for a room I paid 75 for the night before just to have my car broken into and completely trashed in their parking lot and then they wouldn't even grant a late check-out by 30 minutes. Never again

Let me begin with guy at front desk,with the bad arm, he needs to be a lot more Friendly. The hotel is close to university, not much to do nearby. We went to the brewer game, free shuttle across the street with ambassador hotel, same owners. The rooms was good, shower had great water pressure. Ambassador hotel across the street has great bar, bartender Erin.

Had to pay $20 for parking, elevator floor was dirty, carpet in stairwell and hallways were dirty and stained, sketchy neighborhood, TV channels were limited, yellow ring around the bath tub. I would not stay there again. Not worth the money I paid to stay there. Loraine

The hotel was just what we were looking for. We came for one night to attend a concert at The Rave/Eagles Club. The location to the venue is excellent, it's a block away and within walking distance. The general location doesn't seem to be the greatest, but I've seen and stayed in much worse and the hotel does lock the outside doors each night so you have to use a room key to enter the building. It was our first time being in Milwaukee Wisconsin we went there because of the Deftones concert the concert of course was awesome but the hotel was also awesome the rooms were clean and the staff was lovely
