did a special night for my boyfriend. picked up most of the FAKE rose petals & candle lights and left maybe 6 balloons and the housekeeping wrote down “ excessive room cleaning “ therefore causing them to keep my deposit.. room was not trashed nor damaged. dont be in HOUSEKEEPING if you complain about doing your job. but big shoutout to the front desk lady that night and the man at the front desk today for refunding me my refund and allowing my frustrations to be heard and explanation be given. you two the real MVPS.. wish i... read more
The hotel is great I've been in room 1218 and the staff are very friendly and kind and helpful especially the manager Nikki. Definitely the best hotel I've been in rooms are always clean as well and the shuttle service is great too definitely recommend to anyone coming here or looking to book. Choose Ramada
Wish you had regular TV available as it was impossible for me to watch the show I regularly watch on Wednesday night which was on TBS. I also could not watch local news or anything. I just don't understand why you do that.
