I booked a 2 queen accessible room for my elderly parents. When I came they said they didn't have it available and offered a regular 2 bed. I was very concerned they wouldn't be able to stay comfortably given their age and my father's substantial knee problems. I took a look and it didn't even have a fridge or a microwave as was advertised on their website. The woman at the front desk was apathetic to my concerns. Very bad service, no towels, I found 2 cockroaches and was absolutely mortified. After asking for a late checkout I was met with sarcasm, attitude, straight rudeness, and a surprise fee. They bump up their prices around holidays and graduations when this hotel shouldn’t even be $0.10/night. This is no way a hotel should be ran and this place needs to either be shut down or replaced because this sad excuse for a hotel has no business in Merced.

We were in town for the UCM graduation. The entire process from check in to check out was extremely easy. Jasmine at the front desk was extremely courteous and friendly! She was able to set up a late check out for us. Reissued keys when they stopped working. The hotel room had everything we needed for our nights stay. It’s very clean! If we find ourselves in the area we will definitely be back.
