The Ramada Hendersonville has been perfectly adequate for a 2 night stay. Staying with my mother and aunt in a two bed room was comfortable enough, and the service was unmatched. One time when we were coming back to our room we encountered a hamster sitting by our door. Unsure if it was a pet of another room, we asked the front desk clerk for assistance and he gladly came up and caught it, and kept it in a bucket at the front desk until someone claimed it. We are a family of 4, people were friendly and rooms were clean, this is a safe place and location for family looking for a over night or 2. Breakfast was better than most middle of the rd hotels ( waffle, eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, and coffee)
☆ We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, the amenities were great, and everything we needed was easily accessible. A few small details kept it from being a perfect five stars, but overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We’d happily stay here again!
My first stay at Ramada. Check in was quick and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, as well the bathroom. Over my four days stay all the staff I came in contact with very nice and made me feel welcomed. A beautiful wooden staircase adds a lot to sitting area. It makes feel cozy. I save best for last.
