This room was trash. I booked this room for my wedding night. Only to be disappointed with a horrible experience! They moved me to a different room where the TV didn't work. This was the dirtiest room I had ever seen in my life!! I would never recommend this place!! Posted for my step mother!
There was roaches by the pool and head lice in the bed sheets 1/10 do not recommend staying here it Doesn't look like the photos and the rooms are disgusting and I posted photos of the bed bugs
My elderly aunt booked a suite for her wedding night, room was filthy. She was moved to another room just as dirty. My aunt ended up leaving and going back home for her wedding night due to the state of the rooms. Hotel said because she was in the room the would only refund a portion of her money, though they didn’t stay in the hotel and returned home. This place should be shut down.
My friend stayed there and found blood and what looked like poop on the covers bugs everywhere in her room even in the bathroom. After they changed the sheets they left them in her room. If I could give a negative star I WOULD!!!
We stayed here less than 4 hours. I will never go back. They had a loud, obnoxious ( wedding? ) party there that they refused to control. We went to ask for a refund and were denied, all while the party continued in the halls, parking lot and everywhere else throughout the hotel. terrible service. Stay at the Holiday Inn right up the road instaed.
