The only good thing about this hotel, is that it's in the middle of Cumberland. A lot of things are in a walking distance. The room that we got? They said on their website, their expedia ad, and this here in google if you look them up, it would say "smoke free property" or "non-smoking room" if only we could take a picture of how a room smells, I would only have one picture, because the ENTITE ROOM smelled soooooooooooo bad. One of the reasons I chose Ramada was because of its proximity to work and access to a gym. When I arrived at the gym there was a shattered glass mirror and only 2 sets of weights (5 and 10 lbs). When I addressed this with the manager, he laughed and said last month people trashed the gym and took the weights. I asked if I could refund my stay and he said no. Will never stay here again

Stayed here for one night and would come back. Rooms were clean, felt safe, and the location is good — walkable to the C&O Canal trailhead and downtown. The place is older and you can tell, but it’s clear they’re putting in the effort to keep things up and clean. Nothing fancy, but everything you need was there and worked fine. Good value for Cumberland. Don’t let the mixed reviews scare you off, we had a solid, no-complaints stay.
