I tried to cancel one of my nights due to unforeseen events. I called the hotel and they said since I made the reservation through a third party they could not cancel my one night. I called the third party and they called the hotel to let them know I was not coming in the one night. The staff was very rude when checking out. The desk clerk would not tell us the charges and my husband and I left without knowing what we paid for the room. The desk clerk said something about parking, but we did not park in a paid lot!
I used this place to crash on my way to North Carolina. Very dirty place. Smelly lobby, halls, and elevator. I had to cover my nose when I was in the elevator, it is that bad! My room same thing smells bad. No parking spots available so i had to park in the parking garage. Definitely not recommended.
