They had roaches rooms was dirty and no pool look dirty nobody got in the water

Stayed here with family of 4 during July 4th weekend. Booked online but front desk clerk was uncompromising to the simple reservation error and we were inconviently forced to rebook. Then the rooms frig was broke, tv remote broke, no rags the entire stay, spotty towels, my children feet were black from the carpet, the blow dryer motor was exposed, and worse of all my wife was bit by bedbugs. While the location is convenient, this is the nastiest hotel I've ever been to, 35 years on this planet. Everything and I mean everything was disgusting nothing was clean towels, bedding bathroom, the AC unit looked filled with mold. Where is inspection at, no way this place should be allowed to operate. Booked through Expedia the hotel refused to give us a refund for the 2 days we booked the room. We slept in the car. This place should not be operational.
