Slamming doors, guest threatening other guests. Did not get much sleep and left a day early. I do not think you could pay me to stay there again. Management and employees were great! Environment was unknown to me. Should have known it was too cheap. Unfortunately, every city has it's skid row.
For over a month I’ve been trying to get my security deposit back from this establishment and I’ve been getting bounced around. I told them I had to cancel my original card that I used to put the deposit down and if there was an alternative to getting my deposit back. Since February they have been trying to put the money back on the same card I told them was cancelled. Homeless camp behind hotel and they rave all night will trash fires and loud music. A complete disrespect for the business and guest. They beg for money before you inter the hotel and so bad they hotel has to keep the front doors locked to keep them out and staff safe from the vagrants.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Wish I read Google reviews before I booked here bc Expedia reviews were false. Dirty place. Questionable shuttle driver who took forever to get to me. Dirty room and couldn’t sleep with the massive homeless community screaming outside my window
I was very disappointed with my stay. Despite a seal indicating the toilet was clean, I found a hair in it, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and unfortunately, guests were loud all night. The most unsettling part was being woken up in the middle of the night by staff yelling while trying to remove someone from the premises.
