I've heard many bad rumors about the hotel. There were a couple of coworkers I know that said they had terrible rooms. But when I got there, it was decent. I heard there was homeless and prostitutes nearby. The room I was given was good. Could be a flip of a coin if your room is good or not
My stay was far from acceptable. The bathroom was a mess — water from the shower and tap wouldn’t drain properly, causing pooling that made it uncomfortable to use. Even worse, the room phone was dead, so I had no way to contact the front desk for help. I felt completely stuck and ignored. The room itself felt outdated and poorly maintained. Dirty bathroom - brown stain on shower cut & hair on the walls. Portable AC unit in room rattled loudly. Breakfast was awful. Terrible.
I'm starting with the cons: room had broken TV, no safe, no fridge, broken DOOR TO PARKING LOT, spider. Hotel full of drunken military and others fighting and yelling until 4am. $250/night- it is not worth it to save any amount of money. They also didn't make up the room for a 2- night stay. Pros: The shuttle drivers are prompt and amazing! Close to downtown & 49th state brewing. Also close to the Hilton, where you should stay.
