I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would not choose to stay here again. The property is in significant need of maintenance and updates, as it appears quite run down. During my stay, there were individuals fighting in the parking lot, which made me feel unsafe and negatively impacted the overall experience. Another ongoing issue was the room key, which stopped working repeatedly and had to be reprogrammed every day. This became frustrating and inconvenient, especially after returning to the hotel. Peeling painting in the tub. Parking lot and walks dirty, overgrown, littered. Housekeeping knocked on EVERY door on the hall at 8:00 am. They knocked on mine twice. Check out time was 11am.. We had been traveling by plane for two days. Then I had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk for checkout. She was just a maid and said she wasn't even supposed to be there.
The rooms were great and the staff was wonderful! Its close to downtown. 10/10 would stay here again.
