Had a great stay… staff was friendly… room was clean… very close to Alpharetta concert venue (only a 10 min drive)… we had a deluxe king suite w a jacuzzi tub, which was AMAZING after standing on a hill for 5 hours at the concert lol…took a nice epsom salt bath in it and it was heavenly!! I would def come here again and get that same room!! I originally booked this place bc it was in my price range and roughly 1 mile to venue, and I was thinking we might want to walk to the concert to not have to uber. If I could give zero stars I would. This hotel is infested with mold and mildew. I came to this location expecting a sanitary room, however the first room (201) provided is infested with mold. I asked for a different room to be accommodated and was given another room (104) which has mold as well. After seeing the second room had mold I asked for a full refund and was told to contact booking as that’s who I booked through. Once contacting them I was informed that they emailed the hotel property and I can only received a refun... read more
