SAVE YOUR $- DON'T STAY HERE! 1st greeted w/rudest staff! Obviously the management sets the bar w/responding to reviews! So many guest w/same complaints, yet no accountability! Just unprofessional, inexcusable rude replys. Rooms look nice, until you hit the lights, they're dirty & gross! I stayed poolside and the A.C was out. So nice I got a fan to circulate hot air! I couldn't open a window, because my room opened up to the pool and people could see in! Dusty, musty and not worth what a motel would cost!
Not a great experience to say the least. To say the most though, I was put in this hotel for work so I had no say in the matter. First night was alright, kind of a maze to find your room and only one elevator but I thought “alright, it’ll work” pool area looked decent, even says they have a bar and grill! Cool. So after work I decide I’ll go to the grill and get food, closed. Bar, closed. Okay. I’ll leave and get food. I’m upset. Whatever.
