First, sara must have been training because she was struggling, but when manager stuck his head out for a phone call and saw a line growing, he should have been quick to assist. Then we get to our room. The only room available despite booking it a month ago and didn't want a pet room, but we got a carpet free room and the thermostat was broken (86⁰). Our room was inconveniently by the ice dispenser for guests to use all hours of the night. Last, our breakfast choices were not of a full breakfast which was advertised.

Multiple breakfast items were out. The place was renovated recently but in a landlord special sort of way, looks good from 50 ft away. The staff overall were nice. Most of the management I interacted with however were only nice until there was an issue. We requested a crib, and the next morning we requested a replacement sheet. When I took the sheet off of the crib to put on the new one, there was a second sheet underneath that was unwashed and absolutely disgusting. I'll never stay here again, the ac in the room was not cool enough to call ac, the staff could care less and the breakfast was the worse ive ever had, only waffles some crap the call biscuits and gravy, was awful. I feel like I got ripped off and will never return again and I should of knows better because 3 or so years ago we stayed there and was told our puppy was accepted and before we went in she was trained and caused no damage never went to the bathroom in the room and they tried screwing my for damage to the room. Loved that it was pet friendly! The pool and hot tub was great. Play area inside the building was very unique and practical. Pool table broken. No ping pong table as advertised. I asked for late check out and was given 1 extra hour. No one told us when breakfast was so we slept right through it. No vent in bathroom in our room so there was mold on the ceiling. I was not given a discount for this terrible health concern. I probably won’t stay here again.
