I went to this Dr. for injections in my neck and there was a mixup on instructions and he wouldn't do the procedure because he said I would be paralyzed from the neck down if I started bleeding internally, and rescheduled my procedure. Next time he did the procedure without any problems. Two months later I went back to him for pain management.
