I had a silver rope chain that needed a replacement lobster claw clasp. I happened to be in Newport Mall in downtown Jersey City so stopped by the Kay Jewelers situated there. I explained to the clerk that I had a silver chain in need of a lobster style clasp and asked for an estimate for buying and attaching the clasp. She responded “$400 to $600”. These folks are always so polite and courteous and that’s a plus for me. They do good repair work and are reasonable in my opinion. Very happy I found them.
