I gave 2 stars because I’ve been here once before and my experience was good, she finished my hair from 9-4:30 and I still was able to pick my daughter up from daycare in time. We had spoken about me getting small boho box braids, waist length $250. It was way too much going on I went on July 4 and sat for 3 hours before I left and my hair still not done , that should’ve just been my reason to leave and do my hair myself , I came the next day and I was there from 7:45-8:30pm and I had to leave with my hair not finished becau... read more

1 Star (Only because I can’t give ZERO) RUN. Don’t walk—RUN AWAY from this disaster of a so-called “hair braiding shop.” I spent FOURTEEN HOURS in this place—yes, 14 HOURS—for what I specifically asked to be small knotless box braids, and somehow ended up with regular, poorly done box braids that were NOT knotless. The end result looked NOTHING like what I asked for, and honestly, I’ve seen cleaner work from amateurs on YouTube. My appointment was from 8:30am - 2:30pm. I was in the salon from 9am - 11pm.
