I gave 2 stars because I’ve been here once before and my experience was good, she finished my hair from 9-4:30 and I still was able to pick my daughter up from daycare in time. We had spoken about me getting small boho box braids, waist length $250. 1 Star (Only because I can’t give ZERO) RUN. Don’t walk—RUN AWAY from this disaster of a so-called “hair braiding shop.” I spent FOURTEEN HOURS in this place—yes, 14 HOURS—for what I specifically asked to be small knotless box braids, and somehow ended up with regular, poorly done box braids that were NOT knotless. The end result looked NOTHING like what I asked for, and honestly, I’ve seen cleaner work from amateurs on YouTube. My appointment was from 8:30am - 2:30pm. I was in the salon from 9am - 11pm. A complete waste of my day. I am too frustrated to write the essay for what it was worth. The only instructions this lady listened to, was to keep the braids straight upon dipping. I sat in the chair an hour and some prior getting started, the size was wrong EVEN AFTER TAKING THE ROW OUT (medium unclean parts after we said small) AND CORRECTING IT AND CONFIRMING THE CORRECTION. Walked in hair was started on immediately very nicely, very efficient. Did BoHo knotless medium she finished in about 5 hrs
