Can't agree with first two reviews – Perhaps the first two reviewers were looking to make friends. I just wanted my car cleaned. While the fellow at the register was so introverted that he couldn't make eye contact or say anything more than grumble, the other employees were fine. Horrible customer service – There are a few nice employees but not many. Seems like this guy only hires felons so he doesnt have to pay themmuch. Very low paying employee base so they really dont care about your vehicle. I spoke with the manager and he seemed pretty nice about helping with an issue with my vehicle until the owner came out who refused to help. Told me it was me problem and he wasnt giving any handouts. I was only asking for help with something they did wrong in the car wash.

Avoid car wash – I have always had my oil changed,and car wash at Rama Car Wash and Lube on my last visit I tried to talk to the Lady at the registar and explian why I believed I didnt get the service I paid for and she said I was wrong and keep cutting me off with out even listening to me like I was trying to ripe them off for 3.00 tire polish after paying 48.00 for a oil change save your money and go somewhere else I will not return very rude people work there
