Wash your hair at home! I wish I knew, they literally just poured water on my hair for less than one minute without any thorough cleaning and charged $10 dollars for it. Also they are not gentle with hair you’ll expect them to know how to handle African hair but no very rough. And their reception is bad with bad attitude. I don’t think I’ll go back.
Staff is very shade and make it obvious that they’re talking about you. They don’t understand nor follow clear directions.
When getting installed butterfly locs way too much hair was added making it very heavy on my head. She also braided over my edges. Money wasted down the drain
