Honestly, its a tough business and they have always done a good job for All Pro Alaska.
Our builder used them for our new house. We had issue with the tension spring and they advised to contact them directly which I did. I call them 09/02 about the issue and the following day 09/03, Sam arrived earlier than the scheduled time they gave me and fixed our tension spring. He was quick and very polite!
Roger very rude today. Got call to do warranty work less than a month ago. Out of town due to death in family and closing house. I work 7 days a week and 12 hour days for the last year with a disabled veteran husband. He said, "if something isn't working you would call over and over to have it fixed." I don't use the door and park outside because of it. He said, "I closed it out" and builder was aware of what was going on.
