Roger very rude today. Got call to do warranty work less than a month ago. Out of town due to death in family and closing house. I work 7 days a week and 12 hour days for the last year with a disabled veteran husband. He said, "if something isn't working you would call over and over to have it fixed." I don't use the door and park outside because of it. He said, "I closed it out" and builder was aware of what was going on. Ram installed our garage doors 23 years ago. Two days ago a spring broke and today Sam came out, replaced all springs and weatherstripping. Like new! EXCELLENT service. Highly recommend.
