New bartender was not good, took forever to get a beer, and when I ordered my last he spent 45 minutes talking to other tables and never brought my beer...our table asked for our tabs and he brought one out and wanted to charge me for the entire table.....this location keeps loosing good staff and replacing with incompetent ones......
Just too bad I have to write this. But I’m tired of being let down on many $100+ outings now. Honestly as a past service industry person, even tho it falls on the servers easily - it’s not their fault. The issue is deeper and I’m another regular not returning for quite some time. The issues are in every aspect… just too bad.
Update: What happened to this place? All the greatness is just gone now. It's rarely busy anymore, so we're not alone in this opinion that it's gone downhill. The food is just OK, but the service is always mediocre at best and you can rarely see a manager anywhere. They also close the patio early in summer, so you can't even enjoy a sunny day day dinner outside anymore. We keep trying this place once every few months, hoping it turns around. There were 8-10 people outside on the patio at 830pm and the greater said we are not placing people outside. If could give zero stars I would, I live less than a half mile from this place. Guess I will be finding another place to spend my money.
