It is becoming very clear that this company operates in a highly unprofessional and unacceptable manner. In January 2026, I accidentally double-paid my rent. Lived in one of their apartments for about 6 months. Staff is very threatening and heavy handed. Walked in on my ex getting out of the shower without knocking nor prior approval. Let themselves in… We paid 5000 to break lease. We Moved immediately. and contacted legal support ..
My wife and I love Alden Park. The apartment is perfect for us. It is spacious and charming with a working fireplace, washer and dryer, large room with with several windows perfect for our plants. Special shoutout to Henry and his staff. They are especially helpful. Whenever there is a maintenance issue they have resolved the problem quickly and professionally. I currently live at Sutter Lake in Riverdale The property is so beautiful ! The entire staff is Amazing especially Veronica & Rochelle they are very helpful And Osbert always goes above and beyond to make sure my maintenance request are completed
I am currently in my second lease term with RAM, and my community has transitioned to new management since my initial move-in. Unfortunately, I have experienced significant inconsistencies and a noticeable decline in customer service since this change. Communication has been extremely limited and unreliable.
