I am posting this review due to a serious safety and management issue that occurred on February 4th in Lazul Apartments located in North Miami Beach. I arrived at my apartment building around 3:00 a.m. after an international flight and discovered I could not locate my key fob. Despite having an active lease, I was unable to access my apartment. This is just the start of going public with my experience at THE VICTOR- managed by RAM PARTNERS LLC. They will ignore you and only follow up with eviction letters. I tried to pay rent multiple times but their website was not working, it is not working to this day. They maintain that that is none of their business and I need to figure it out. Stephanie Francis, manager at Galvan at Twinbrook apartment complex is breaching the terms of her own lease and doesn't show up for work. She doesn't do the minimum of her duties and residents have caught her code violations. She hires only Hispanics and turns away applicants based on their race. She doesn't answer calls or emails (because you'd have to work to do that) and has to be pressured into doing her job by City of Rockville and Montgomery Country officials. I started an application with the The Crockett; however I never submitted the application or paid the application fee because I decided to sign with another property. However, i was called by someone in the office stating that they generated my lease despite me ever completing the application.
