I started an application with the The Crockett; however I never submitted the application or paid the application fee because I decided to sign with another property. Hello, I am posting this review to document a serious and unacceptable experience working with RAM as a vendor. After completing all services on time, professionally, and as agreed, I submitted my invoices correctly and followed all instructions provided. Despite this, I received only a partial payment of $370, while the remaining balance has been overdue for more than 50 days under the agreed 30-day payment terms. You would think that a 3.2 rating from 456 reviews would say it all! I leased an apartment called Populus Waterside in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Just before I was scheduled to move in, the leasing agent told me that she had given away my apartment to someone else and that to qualify again I would need to pay another administration fee (which by the way is a junk fee) and an application fee again.
