I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from a RAM Partners-managed property. After fulfilling my lease and returning the unit clean and on time, I was hit with unexpected fees, a backdated move-out date, and a delayed “final” statement that raised more questions than answers. I strongly advise caution when dealing with RAM and its affiliated properties. In my experience, the leadership team—including the AVP, Compliance Director, and Property Directors—appear to prioritize profit over people. There is a concerning pattern of dishonesty and lack of accountability within the organization. Unfortunately, it reminds me of the issues currently surfacing in the lawsuit involving Greystar. The pool was green this morning with no closed sign. It seems like a major health risk. No one in the office to take care or give some insight as to what is happening with the pool. The tall, bearded man from maintenance has not sent out a notice as to what is happening. My kids want to enjoy the hot weather in the pool, that is included in what I pay monthly, but cannot because of these issues. We cannot seem to find someone from maintenance who can take care of things correctly.
Daytona beach at the artisan apartments. I have been without a washer for a week. I reported it, the maintenance tech came out at 6:00 p.m., stated he would get back with us on parts or a new one? My wife and I love Alden Park. The apartment is perfect for us. It is spacious and charming with a working fireplace, washer and dryer, large room with with several windows perfect for our plants. Special shoutout to Henry and his staff. They are especially helpful. Whenever there is a maintenance issue they have resolved the problem quickly and professionally.
