I dropped off my computer on 5/5/11 and Ram called me on 5/9 to tell me what they found. They said it was working properly and they would show me that when I went in to pick it up. I went in today on 5/10 to pick it up and they said, Oh we can't show it to you because there is a class going on back there but it is working fine. I paid them, took it home and it is not working at all. Same problem as when I dropped it off!
Can't beat 'em... EXCELLENT service and very fast! My computer had major problems... brought it to RaM Online and got it back the next day running BETTER than when it was new! I have since been back with another computer and will return to them with all my PC problems. I HIGHLY recommend them!
