Brought my suede purse in for cleaning and it unfortunately looks worse now than when I brought it in. They charged me $72 up front and when I called to let them know that it looks like it wasn’t cleaned & actually even worse than when I dropped it off, they denied any wrong doing and didn’t offer to make it right. Destroyed my wedding dress - do NOT send your wedding dress here for cleaning and preservation. They turned it yellow, seems were ripped, texture/shape was altered, and my bustle was ripped out with scissors. Truly horrible work.
