The promise was to stabilize my front porch slab which supports a roof overhang and maybe even reduce the size of the corresponding crack that runs the length of the porch. The result was they lifted the slab so now I have a lip where it was level and the ceiling of the front porch overhang pitches back towards the house. I found out later from two contractors i didn't even need the work done and just blew $8000. Mr. Henning, we lifted your home 3/10 of an inch. We are more then happy to lower the 3/10 inch lift down (the same size of average man's thumbnail). When we left your site, you were very happy with the results, until your contractor got involved. Contractors love to step in and say "they don't know what they are doing, they should not have done that". We have tried to speak with your contractor multiple times on the phone and in-person.
