Brian and his team did an excellent job on my stem wall issues. Originally had Brian out for a quote last year and then other expenses came up and had to postpone for a year. He honored his original quote and even came back out and walked the property again to answer questions again. Ram Jack of Arizona recently repaired a big crack in our foundation slab. They did careful, diligent work. They explained beforehand what the repair would entail. Even though they were cutting and grinding concrete, there was almost no dust! The repair only took a couple of hours, which helped our busy schedule that day. In addition to the repair, Brian Patrick helped us know what else we should do to keep from having similar problems in the future. We appreciate his expertise, and Ram Jack's professional work!
From day one starting with phone call, then meeting Andrew who talked us thru process, explaining in detail what we could expect. We were always able to reach him if we had a concern. Also project manager Victor was easy to talk and kept us informed when any issues came up. So easy to communicate with everyone. We have only praise for other Victor who was supervisor for crew.
