Brian Patrick of Ram Jack said his crew would arrive at 9:30; they were exactly on time. The guys were polite, organized, and very experienced. Dave explained the entire process to me. I watched them work for a while. At one point Dave said that things are about to get really dusty; he suggested that I should go in the house for a while.
