Most importantly the company was honest and that is I believe the best compliment you can give a business these days. Brian Patrick was awesome. I thought there was a possibility of fixing some things but he didn't try to upsell and was honest and told me there was nothing he would worry about fixing right now as everything looked good and the few things I was worried about he said weren't an issue or sign of foundation problems. Did a great job of putting my mind at ease and giving suggestions on what he would do to keep my foundation in great shape going forward and what to look out for in the future.
