The crew is hardworking, honest and awesome but this company’s products and corp staff are rude, unethical, immoral & a nightmare! We needed warranty work done & they delayed for almost a year, then did everything they could to deny their products failed/were not installed properly. Even discovered we paid for 1 pier that was never installed; which, caused further damage to our home. But they refused to reimburse/give credit for missing pier. Contacted Ram Jack on three different occasions to speak about a project at my home. Must not be interested in my business as no one would ever return my call. Don't waste your time.
Not worth the hassle. There are much better, locally owned companies that do a better job.
