This place is slower than a busy emergency room waited three hours just to get my eyes dilated, and the Doctor waited so long he had to dilated my eyes twice, he was slow and didn't speak proper English so communicating was difficult even after all that, even though they take my insurance they still charged me 45 dollars and I don't know why. Do not go to this place.
First time at RAM will NOT be my last. I cannot say enough great things about RAM Eye Care from all staff to Dr. Ramchander who has such an expertise of the eyes but also exudes a nice personality and professionalism. He truly cares about you and the health of your eyes. Very thorough! A nice office atmosphere also helped with my anxiety. For a smaller office I was pleasantly surprised at the nice selection of eyeglass frames at very reasonable prices compared to other eyeglass places I have been at.
