If I could give less than one star, I would. I called and booked an appointment for an estimate for MPI repair and the shop wasn't even open when I arrived (I was told to come on January 2 at 9am by the shop on December 16/25). I was told to bring all the MPI info, and wash the outside of the vehicle, which I did. After discovering the locked door, I attempted to phone the shop several times; there was no answer or voicemail option. I'll take my business elsewhere, and if you don't want this experience, I suggest you do too.
