Myself and my husband took our vehicles here multiple times in previous years. Our experience with Tony was always excellent. We received quality work in a reasonable time frame. However in the last few years the service has taken a drastic turn. I believe they are transitioning to new ownership/ Tony is not around as much. I went to Ram autobody as I had in the past for repairs and was surprised by the response I got. Tony came out and looked at the damage I got during the 2023 hail storm on the body of my car and he said that MPI would not do anything about it. There was a lot of pebbling that could visually be seen. I was not happy about this so I went to Boyd Autobody on Regent and they sent me to Lightening Dent on Main Street. I would highly recommend Ram Auto Body to anyone looking for a truly genuine positive customer experience. Mike at the front office was very helpful & sincerely addressed my needs, not only successfully getting my claim adjusted & entered but also reattaching my damaged drivers side mirror temporarily so that I may be able to drive more safely until repaired before leaving.
