Started having trouble with my transmission. Took it to the dealer I bought it from. They quoted me $2,200 to put in a salvaged tranny. Took it to a Toyota dealership, they said it needed a new transmission, quoted me $5,000. Took it to Ralph's, all it needed was a new speed sensor, $250 fix. This is 100% the place you need to bring your vehicle if you are having transmission issues!
Steve was very up front and honest about my options. And did a great job fixing my truck and a very fair cost. If anyone knows me knows I'm kinda picky on who touches my truck. �
Let's say i went to a transmission rebuilder that claimed he knew what he was doing. After spending upwards of $3k with that shop and him having my truck for months on end and 5 rebuilds i took it to Ralph's, within 3 days i had it back, and fixed correctly! Any question i had was meet with an answer that had an answer without questioning myself afterwards. Steve would answer my calls if he was busy or not.
