Steve is one of the most honest guys I have ever met. He gave me 2 estimates depending on what the problem with my transmission was. He also said he may need my car for two days. I'm happy to report he only needed to replace the band on my transmission and he had it ready for me on day 1. I dropped it off at 7:30 a.m. and he had it ready at 2:30 p.m. I'm so pleases and happy that I found Ralph's Transmissions. Thank you Steve. Very friendly staff!

Had Steve rebuild tranny in my sons car 6 months ago . My sons car was acting up so Steve had it towed to his place . He checked it out and found it was two sensors for the engine that was the problem. Only charged me for the towing which was quite reasonable. The best customer service around.
