Helped out with a hot water heater replacement on a holiday weekend. Called in the morning and had it installed in the afternoon. Highly recommended.
I feel he took advantage of a bad situation. Could not go into a crawlspace to fix a gas leak, which is his job Had to call another plumber, and because he had the needed tool he had to stay and do nothing and still charged me full price.
I will give him a thumbs up that he was going to come look at it right away….but when giving him my address he said oh you didn’t say it was clyde…that’s extra for travel…. What!!?? Your business is in Fremont…. He may be good at what he does, but believe they should have a bit broader service area than just fremont…
Came out on Thursday to check my outside faucet. Said he fixed it. Did not fix it. Called him back to fix this pipe that went to my inside water line out to make the faucett. Now it's fixed. I'm not sure if a total of $290 was a fair price or not to pay. Asked for a bill that I paid for this fix. Still waiting on receipt.
