One of the pharmacy techs was so rude to my husband that he refuses to go there anymore.
Best Ralphs in this part of HB. The customers are not treated like criminals with aisles that are blocked off like the one on Warner. There are no products that are expired like the one on Warner. The staff is pleasant. The shelves are well stocked. The products are fresh. My only complaint is having to track someone down to get a door code for the restroom at noon on a weekend. Late night, sure, but during the day is a bit much. I live off Warner and drive here which should say alot.
The pharmacist name Susan is ridiculous, and won't do her job and just said some bakers on the phone with me about what could possibly be going wrong with the other pharmacies system. Then flat out tells me that I'm supposed "to do my job" and tell see vs what they're supposed to do with their computer which is actually her job To call over and get it transferred and figure out why the prescription isn't getting filled on time .... This is the second time that she is not even trying to do some sort of computer fix with insur... read more
Was a Walgreens customer for so many years and the frustration of long lines and you talk about no compassion, well it was always the same. The Ralph’s Pharmacy staff in HB is like family. They are knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. So fortunate to have found them. 👍
