These guys knock any other pharmacy out of the ball park! They are always fast, thoughtful, personable and efficient. I am such a fan.
Horrific interaction and "customer service" from Gloria who is a pharmacy technician (aka makes about $18/hour) at Ralphs in Hillcrest. I had a great experience with the two pharmacists but then issue at the cc terminal. Gloria, masked up (disgusting, she's touching money and medication for people in need and show's up sick to work) decided to get in the middle of myself and the pharmacist I was working with, starts yelling at me when I said I need to use a different card as I don't have a lot of time.
