Horrific interaction and "customer service" from Gloria who is a pharmacy technician (aka makes about $18/hour) at Ralphs in Hillcrest. I had a great experience with the two pharmacists but then issue at the cc terminal. Gloria, masked up (disgusting, she's touching money and medication for people in need and show's up sick to work) decided to get in the middle of myself and the pharmacist I was working with, starts yelling at me when I said I need to use a different card as I don't have a lot of time. 정확한 처방약 받을 수 있었습니다. 다만 영어로 잘 소통하고 결제만 남은 시점에 갑자기 first language 묻더니 한국어라 하니 한국인 직원분을 불러서 결제 응대를 시키는게 좀 이상하고 기분이 나빴습니다. 그래도 한국인 약사님이 있다는게 좋은것 같네요.
