Very negative experience with a pharmacist at this location. I have ADHD and am finally trying medication after waiting 10 years for a proper adult diagnosis, and the pharmacist was extremely rude about my provider sending my script here. I guess there is a new regulation regarding telehealth. Instead of letting me know this so I can obtain proper care, she told me my “dose was too high” and hung up on me, as well as being extremely disrespectful during the interaction over the phone.
I love it
I went to pick up some medication for my husband tonight and the pharmacist and assistant were genuinely worried and asked if he was ok. I gotta say, it’s so rare to see a pharmacy especially a chain where the staff actually knows and cares about their clients. ❤️.
This pharmacy really takes care of its customers. The pharmacists and staff are kind and caring and always go the extra distance to help manage prescription costs. They also coordinate with my doctors and insurance company to make sure that I am receiving the correct drug at the right dosage. Although this Ralphs Pharmacy is part of a big chain it feels more like a community shop.
