On March 4th 2026 at 6:03 p.m. Selina pharmaceutical tech is a direct threat to patient safety. When a tech like Selina is rude patients are much less likely to ask critical questions about their medication or report side effects. This is a known cause of medical error and poor patient outcomes. In most states the pharmacist in charge is liable for the conduct of their staff. Same experience as Alisa, apparently Ralph's has some really stupid restrictive protocols on how they communicate with healthcare providers, basically if there's any issue fulfilling your prescription, your provider will have no idea until you tell them yourself. Don't bother going here if you want a pharmacy that communicates effectively with your doctors.
